Chance was born and raised in a fallout shelter on the ruined remains of a military base in what was formerly known as Georgia before practically the entire eastern coastline was reduced to wastelands and marshes after the massive quake of 2159.

As a child, Chance loved to hear the elders tell the stories of the soldiers who fought and died to keep the world free decades ago. He was intrigued by the tale that even though they lost a crucial battle, they still fought the war against Cobra to the modern day. As Chance grew older, he was trained to take part in that war, practicing daily the arts of various fighting styles and even learned to master every old weapon that could be found in the remaindes of the base. Chance also developed a love for spped and became a daredevil on his hoverbike.

Young? Definitely. Stubborn? Maybe. Confident? Hell yeah!

After the completion of his training, Chance sought out the myths, the legends, and the rumors of the underground... he began his search for Liberty!
