Hi Figure Folks,

I'm Dana and I'm new. I frequently like to customize action figures of both 1:18 and 6 inch scale. I have worked on monster-related customs, some superheroes and even sometimes tv characters.

The next project I want to do is a few 1:18 scale Monster Force figures. The Monster Force are characters are from a 13 episode cartoon series involving the Universal Monsters and a team of monster hunters.

I'm asking your assistance, since you folks probably know GI Joe figures that may help me out these guys together (their outfits are very GI Joe). I'll provide pictures to help. I'm going to start with three of the Monster Force characters. Doc Reed Crawley (leader of the Force), Lance and Tripp. BTW, I already have heads chosen that may work for each of them. I just need some help with body part suggestions...

are you building oring style or newer style?

personally I use all the different types of figures available. it is hard to just run down a parts list for me. normally I get inspired by a part I already have and build on that.

I am pretty sure I have a couple corpse figures(oring) that would be a good start to those last two.

that first guy looks like a marvel body in a trenchcoat. I know I just saw dtc monkeywrench (expensive!)came with a duster like that.

there are several snake eyes figures who would make a great starting point for the first guy too.

I'd like to stick with newer style, wherever possible, but I'll use what I can get to start them on their way.

I'd be interested in the corpse parts you have, if you're willing to sell them.

I think I just found a trench coat that will work for Doc Crawley on one of the casting parts sites.

I found a winter soldier head and 2 different snake eyes heads. all 3 could work for your #1.also a head that might be customized for your #3. I will try and get pics of everything. I filled up a $5 flat rate I hate to ship empty space
