how to remove poc stormy skirt

I can't seem to find the closure of this skirt piece. how does it come off without cutting?

Seriously, mine was glued on. I tried heating it with a hair dryer, but ended up having to take a hobby knife to it to get it off.

next time i'm boiling and popping maybe i'll take off his legs and see what hot water does. I've had some success recently with factory glued parts and hot water.

It is possible hot water one leg off and start peeling up first then down.

Assuming its just glued on, hot water and a bit of prising should do the job

I removed the legs. Then I took a very thin flat head jewelers screwdriver and worked it around the skirt. This loosened it enough that I could pull it down over the hips.
