Damn.

Where is the JCA for 'Most Inspirational Internet Sources and Links', because I want Joemichaels to get it. His magazine/comic cover link inspired and rekindled my fantasy creations. The How-To links inspire me to try new avenues, and ones such as these are delivered right at that point when I needed a little creative pick me up because the weather, life101, and an adhesive/paint boggle got me down until I work it out.

Thanks JM.

Thanks Cap!

I stumbled across this piece yesterday, and didn't expect much from it, and then got floored and watched it through to the end -

This one takes a little more commitment, I think it's worth it:

^ Pretty Good. I can't say I agree with everything Jim says, but for that particular audience I probably do. I'm a firm believer in doing what you love, so long as you have a back up plan...

But here's one for you. Adam Savage interviewing artist Tom Sachs. Has many of the same themes as the first post, said in colorful ways (this isn't discovery channel, so there is colorful language in it).

no. you also don't need to know who either is to watch and get something from the videos. Creative people in general, with some level of fame within their own field, but who say things that you can draw inspiration from.

for what it's worth, I didn't know who Tom Sachs was either. But I know Adam Savage, and if Savage felt he was interesting enough to interview, then I trusted his opinion enough to watch.
