I have a cast Big Bear head, but am blanking on the rest of it. I thought the torso and arms were from the PIT Trooper, but it also could be Dusty or Recondo

Those don't even match up.

The knee pads are square vs round, there is no big lower shin section on the Big Bear leg. The side view of the Big Bear makes it look like jungle boots. I thought the lower legs might be a Cobra Shocktrooper.

Lower pants leg is bloused, without sharp creases like the Ripcord one.

Cool. I have that torso and waist section.

Was thinking of bulkier arms for my WIP Big Bear.

What other figures used the Dusty legs?

Renegades Cobra Trooper used the same upper legs. Slaughter's Marauders and Night Force versions of Falcon used the whole legs, but are probably even more expensive to get than Falcon.
