We saw the vault, and we saw Data Viper and Kwinn.

It seems a number of 30th concepts were tooled up and ready to go when they got canceled:

What we've seen:
Lady Jaye (club LJ uses all this tooling, doubt the club paid for it).
Crimson Guard/Night Viper
Data-Viper/Kwinn
Hit and Run (same as LJ).

I think Flint's webgear is in the same boat since he was solicited during the tail end of the 30th run with Night Viper and Crimson Guard.

Anything else?

EDIT -- Flint's torso was ready to go for the Retaliation three-packs (as Firefly) and his lower arms were used with Mouse.

In thinking about it, it's possible that Zombie Cobra Commander was tooled up, too, since the new head that was shown in Retaliation solicits never got made. Hasbro could have tooled up the Zombie CC body during the 30th wind-down. Unclear.

Some things that show no evidence of ever being tooled:
POC Clutch. We've only seen him once, in hard-copy and none of his parts have made it into other toys.
The new Vault stuff (Destro, Gung-Ho, etc.). Those have only appeared as hard-copy sculpts. Gung Ho looks to be entirely new, as is Destro. Both were shown off as larger-than scale protos.

We got the head from the PoC HISS Driver on that 5-POA Water Moccasin driver in the Retaliation line, but we certainly haven't seen the body; I'm guessing it didn't make it to the tooling stage since the sample shown in the concept case is clearly at a stage well before tooling (it's got pegs in the joints and generally looks prototype-y).

The dive gear from the RoC Diver Ripcord is what's shown on the Eel that comes with the Night Landing, so if that actually gets released (fingers crossed), it will have made it to tooling. No evidence thus far that the figure had the same luck, which is a shame because it's rad-looking.

Neither of those are 30th concepts, but they did manage to make it back into the line at a later date.

The new Ultimate Cobra Commander is the Zombie Cobra Commander:

I think if it had come out as Zombie Cobra Commander, there would have been a regular helmet head most likely as a bonus pack in. They just reused the body and gave it the 2 new heads.

I think Ultimate Roadblock is the base body for concept Leatherneck. Roadblock's upper arms, and possibly the torso are different. But the legs and lower arms are a match.

Police Unit 4 looks like Law with Ninja pack Sgt. Airborne's head. Blue Ninja Warrior Monk looks like he has Ultimate Retaliation Storm Shadow's torso, but different legs.
Dark Ninja Master looks like he uses some elements from Comic Pack Storm Shadow 28, and Storm Shadow 40 and Red Ninja 5. Night Creeper looks like it uses the original head and torso armor and Storm Shadow 43's legs, and Snake Eyes 58 torso and arms. The ninjas seem to use alot of tooling that already has been used. I think Rock N Roll uses parts from POC Dusty. Televiper uses SE54's body and of course his original head and vest.

I have to agree with Dasaffe, Clutch and Gung-ho seem all new.

Sadly no. He's built on the 25th Anniversary Storm Shadow tooling from the final 5-pack and Hall of Heroes. With the Retaliation Red Ninja's sash instead of a glued-on belt.

PoC Clutch did make it to release. That sculpt, with much reduced articulation, is the body of the Retaliation Swamp Viper.

No, he and Destro look to be all new parts.

From what I can see Leatherneck is just Battle Kata Roadblock with the hip pouches and holster from Ultimate Roadblock, plus a new head and vest.

Flint's webgear is unique, and unreleased, but it was pictured with the Zanzibar headed Jurassic Park figure. Whether that will see the light of day is unknown, but it does point to the webgear having been tooled. Other than that though, all of him is out in some form or another.

The Club's Night Force Lady Jaye does indeed use the new head and webgear on the concept case figure, but I'd rather we got the 5 pack torso the concept case figure was made with over the first 25th release one.

I hope so. The ninjas would be easy. Although I'd go for Leatherneck.

Unfortunately that Zanzibar Jurrasic Park figure had a combo of Flint and Lady Jaye gear from the second 25th box set, not the new gear. But new web gear is easy. Hasbro, get on it please!

Yeah, I don't get why they went with that iffy torso in favor of the better 5-pack one.

I'm probably in the minority in that I don't want that Leatherneck. It definitely LOOKS better than the crap frankenjoes we'd previously gotten but I don't think Leatherneck should tower over all the other joes like Roadblock does.
