Hi guys. I want to mod the foot pegs on ARAH vehicles to fit 25th and modern era figures. I was hoping if by now, a tool has been considered gospel. I've been searching online everywhere for some sort of Dremel bit like a reverse or hole sander bit. I would think that something must be out there to accomplish this cleanly. Sorry if a thread has already been done on this or a sticky. I've searched already without any luck. Many thanks!

i think it would be easier to drill out 1 foot on the modern figure and leave one so it could work on both pegs.

you are on the right track thinking a hole saw, but i don't know what a tiny one would be called. inverted drum sander?

depending on the vehicle it might ruin an expensive piece. i know you are probably not planning on selling them, but someday you might.

maybe consult someone with a 3d printer to make a small "stand" with vintage hole on the bottom and modern peg on top. it would be easy enough to fab one up by hand, but if you want a bunch of them might be time consuming.

good luck and let us know how you do it :)

Definitely not modding the figures' feet. Yes, no intention of selling or making any gain on vehicles that may get done.

Thanks a lot for the reply. You've been very helpful...especially to know that this procedure has still not become ritual thus for those with interest. You can believe I will share my experience if I am successful.

a low tech fix would be to remove the peg all together, then drill and glue in a modern size peg.

a couple members have mastered the use of rare earth magnets inserted into the peg holes for dynamic posing. if you put strong magnets in the foot you could add metal washers under the places you want to be able to stand/pose your figures.
