Figure with closed long trench coat?

Looking for a figure with a closed trench coat but with otherwise Joe-style articulation at least in the arms--legs could be static.
Lots of open trench coats, but looking for a closed long coat.

RoC Storm Shadow (the masked version). You can also take the skirt piece from that figure and add it to the torso of a RoC Destro.

Ohhhhh.. I hadn't thought of that. I'll have to try out that combo and see.

I was leaning toward the CA:WS trench coat Red skull if no one had any other suggestions.

Renegades Cobra Commander also has a closed long coat, but it's got a belted waist.

Old Snake is the ROC Storm Shadow figure and would be a pretty expensive fodder figure. But it does show how good that body looks in a color other than white.

I used that skirt for another long coat character and it worked pretty well..but those Destros aren't cheap.

There was a figure from that extreme detail line of WWII figures that had a removable closed trench coat.
