This is an accessory from the holographic AOTC Palatine. Apparently it is some shooting gimmick under his robe sleeve. I use the stem end to make spectral arrows. If anyone was a broken or whole one, I'd gladly trade or pay within reason. I could use the blue one, or the light purple one shown.

Have you looked at the MB Destiny figures? A couple of them come with clear-colored bow&arrows, one of which is purple.

Thanks for the info gents. Haven't been to a store in a while, so I have no idea about the MB Destiny figures. I was able to find a clear green hand crossbow amongst the HeroClix figures for use with the ghost blank armor.

Cool. The arrow is small enough to be used for a crossbow quarrel, which would work better since my character uses one with a wolf's head detail.
