I'm going to be dying a batch of DTC barrel roll torsos, but I would like to remove the hands first.

Is there anything more than just "grab em and pull" that I should know about doing this?

How does the hand joint actually work? Does it accept other hands from spy troops?

I suggest heating the arms with a hairdryer or boiling water before removing the hands just to be sure and avoid tearing them.

But other than that, just yank 'em out. And yes you can swap them for other hands though the pegs may need a little shaving or teflon tape to be a perfect fit :)

Yep boil 'n' pop is probably the best way to go, especially if you plan on reusing the hands after dyeing the arms.

Yeah, they're sturdier than most hands, and there's little likelyhood of them snapping (like with BBI or 25A hands), but you can even just run them under hot tap water for a minute and it's enough with these (although boil-n-pop never fails.)
