Can anyone recommend a fairly close approximation to Cobra Commander baby blue?

Citadel's Ice Blue (now called Lothorn Blue) is pretty close. http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-F1E4x6hHZqs/T ... ersion.jpg

The regal blue is also fairly close to the standard Cobra blue.
