She's the SW comic pack Imperial chick bashed onto Scarlett's bottom half. I had to file away significant amounts of Scarlett's giant ass to get the skirt down as far as it is; but didn't want to go any further as it would ruin her curves and because I can definately see Lex being sexist enough to have her wear it like this.

And because I'm a perv.

It ain't, believe me. Scarlett's just got too fat an ass to fit the Impy skirt down over it. I filed a good 2 mm off Scar's ass circumference and dremeled out the skirt to make it thinner; and still had to push it down with my thumbnail to get it down this far.

Would it help if I painted the panties black?

is the skirt a seperate peice? would heating it up in some water to make it softer and more flexible make mashing it down over Scarlett's butt easier?

heck I think even a peice of fabric or one of your construction paper wraps would help her look like she didn't rush out forgetting to put on her pants.
