Post subject:  Lightning
Lightning was one of the Special Weapons Force of Action Force, which never made it beyond the prototype stage.

I'm slowly working my way through this small sub-team.

Also seen are Boffin (with the beard) and Fixer (blonde hair).

The front/back were too lean to work with the skirt piece, so they got built up to match.

Should've painted the boot pouches orange, too!
