#50 Night Creeper Leader
In the DIC cartoon, the Night Creepers had a leader, who looked nothing like the later Night Creeper Leader action figure. Instead, it was a night creeper design modified with a hooded mask and goggles. The character may have been created for the show to fill the "Bad Ninja" slot that Storm Shadow did during the Sunbow run.
This artwork is based on my custom figure.
On most of my artwork, I've been scaling down. The original artwork is usually around 11" x 17" inches, then scaled down. For this artwork, I've worked at a much smaller scale and tried to make it looser in appearance. The proportions are sloppy and I don't care. Sometimes working fast creates mistakes that look good. This doesn't look good, though. But it was interesting to work in a different approach.
