From the DiC cartoon run, this is President Mason.

She appeared in one episode, in which she was captured and then impersonated by Cobra. Yes, the DiC cartoon had the exact same plot as the wretched live action GI Joe movies. This is essentially the same suit she wore in the cartoon, but with a turtleneck.

Yep, I'll be getting to some very obscure characters in this project.

Nice work. I dig the integration of the seal in the background.

I know you're doing this independent of figure making, but this could be made pretty easily using a Zombie Lab civilian. She'd end up fairly tall and...buxom. But still close.

If articulation didn't matter, you could use one of the Shark Tank bodies also. I used one for my Malory Archer custom.

Thanks, guys.

I made a custom of this figure last year. Star Wars/Adventure People parts. Do the Shark Tank figures scale okay against normal 1:18 stuff?
