Less of a custom...more of a parts swap...

Kangor...on the left has always basically been a clone of Big Boa with a black helmet and a kangaroo.

But...he's supposed to be a completely seperate character.

I've always hated that.

So I swiped out a spare Night Adder body to make the two characters a little more different and gave him a better Roo.

Simply parts swap...no paint...I like it hope you do too.

Awesome, I did something similar with an ARAH Big Boa figure. I don’t have a newer Bog Boa figure but I would love to get a head cast and make one like this.

I love the all black idea. I think I would make the remaining red pieces blue or purple though. Just to further distance from Big Boa. Just me though. It looks great as is.

That street fighter figure that used that body would make a nice arah version with a painted head

looks good!

dusty79 made some cool armor for the kangaroo out of press on fingernails. I used his idea on my medusa for belly scales.

Awesome since it's a Brazilian figure originally, it now looks like it could be Anderson Silva under the mask.
