Less of a custom...more of a parts swap... Kangor...on the left has always basically been a clone of Big Boa with a black helmet and a kangaroo. But...he's supposed to be a completely seperate character. I've always hated that. So I swiped out a spare Night Adder body to make the two characters a little more different and gave him a better Roo. Simply parts swap...no paint...I like it hope you do too.

Awesome, I did something similar with an ARAH Big Boa figure. I don’t have a newer Bog Boa figure but I would love to get a head cast and make one like this. |

I love the all black idea. I think I would make the remaining red pieces blue or purple though. Just to further distance from Big Boa. Just me though. It looks great as is. |

That street fighter figure that used that body would make a nice arah version with a painted head |

looks good! dusty79 made some cool armor for the kangaroo out of press on fingernails. I used his idea on my medusa for belly scales. |

Awesome since it's a Brazilian figure originally, it now looks like it could be Anderson Silva under the mask. |
