yesterday I set aside my current projects and started organizing fodder, fun right! but I really did end up having fun. how on earth I ended up with a dozen ME CC i'll never know, but as I piled them up I picked up my first KOBRA president in a bag in pieces and decided to put him back together. that led to building 3 more :)

KOBRA president (parade dress) almost an lbc but I had to grind pouches off and mod the head. gloves are from a second ME CC. loki? skirt with some kind of thor? cape.

here is another fun thing that happened. just calling him big frank. I think the base is mcfairlane? Frankenstein and the head is from an air freshener? perfect color match! jacket is a large scale penguin.

I worked on my titanboa crew, dogs of war, and cold slither sets. mostly parts swaps w/new acquisitions. no pics yet, but they are coming. oh I also got a couple in the works for Halloween :)

yea tim I sculpted zartans hair twice and was never happy with either, so I boiled and pulled a lady headsculpts wig. I see him as kind of a diva anyway so it might work.. torch and buzzer? are sculpted hair . also had to graft a different neckball thing on a few of them.ripper has baroness v1? hair :)

Cold Slither is great!!

Care to elaborate on this Kobra thing? Is this Cobra Commander after the movie or is this reptilian people actually rule the world if you know what to look for?

in my joe verse KOBRA is a post apocalyptic entity that is hunting the remnants of gi joe (stalker and his dogs of war) and the remnants of cobra.(crocmaster and gnawgahyde so far). after the event the world is in ruins and KOBRA ceases both political and military power. the reptilian president was indeed lab grown by the clone of globulus using CC dna from mindbenders stash crossed with a good bit of his own.

KOBRA proper so far is the president, cyborg baroness, the clone of globulus, plus several folks who wear "the destro" mask.

I love that Cold Slither set. I always wished Hasbro would have given us a set of figures for them. Your take on them is great

thanks guys it really means a lot! I started cold slither early last year iirc and I was trying to finish them when the JC rocks gp was going on.

I've slowly been swapping in better parts. here was my first test shot

did some sculpting last night.

this is a custom of/for my friend mr jon. that's a vac not a leaf blower . I gave him a ghostbusters sticker for his real world vac-pac :) I also have a fishing rig in the works for him too!

kind of torn as to the direction of this custom. it was for Halloween and in the beginning just a joke. sculpt looks more real and gross than my intent. those are moobs before anyone gets their dander up :)

today I did a total take down ,paint, and reassemble on cold slither. also added a pony tail on buzzer and found a belt for zartan. still lots to detail paint plus some second coats.i was back and forth when planning these wether to use ME or Oring, so glad I went old school. i'm really liking them now!!
