Hell’s Prawn is complete.

I needed the feet I previously had on him for a commission project. I bought an Animal Warriors of the Kingdom figure for a different commission so I used those feet on this.

Before Covid I was presented the opportunity to be a guest at a local toy show. I was going to do live custom demonstrations through out the show. I began getting stuff ready.

I decided I wanted a couple show “exclusives” so working with destro4life I made three heads to sell as exclusives and I started working on three figures to sell as show exclusives. My plan is to make three figures including custom file cards and sell them at the show.

Then Covid hit, the show was cancelled, and the figures hit the back burner.

Well, the show has not been rescheduled but I want to clear some space off my desk. To that end I started working on these again, it also helps that the MTF order I made to complete them arrived today.

There’s still a lot to do; custom stands, painting, card backs, etc. but they are going well.

Cyrrus and his WarHog, Bubbles.

When the Covid19 lockdowns started I wanted to find something to do so I started playing D&D with some friends using Zoom. I’d never played before so Cyrrus is the first character I’ve ever created.

As we’ve played we’ve gathered new equipment including our WarHogs. I knew I needed a figure of both Cyrrus and Bubbles so I set out gathering parts. Cyrrus is 100% BFS figures (minus the sculpted hair, clothe cape, and fishing line bow string).

Bubbles the WarHog is a plastic hog fully repainted with sculpted tusks and all BFS tack and accessories from both the Elven tack kit and Knight of Asperity tack kit all repainted.

Cyrrus is an Elven Wood Elf Ranger. He found himself disillusioned with the Elven military after the rifts to the Fey Wild were torn open causing havoc throughout Milnar. Now he travels with his fellow adventurers turned friends; Jed, Lemmy, Rye, and Deimos. As payment for saving a small town from a forgotten old god the group was gifted some great giant hogs. Cyrrus outfitted his new WarHog, Bubbles, with an armored faceplate, traditional Elvin tack, and trophies from their many rounds of combat (at least that’s what he tells people, he actually purchased the various skulls from a vendor in the back of a bar).

I love when people share custom figures of their D&D characters. Always makes me want to play.

Great figure and an amazingly cool accessory in that hog

Thanks!

This is how the hog started out.

https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01 ... UTF8&psc=1

I sculpted the tusks to make them longer and did a full repaint. The only thing not repainted is the Elvin tack kit (saddle and stirrups), all the quivers, all the individual arrows and crossbow bolts, the shield, the skull thing, and the face armor are fully repainted. All the arrows are removable as are two of the crossbow bolts, as well as the shield. I left a spot to add a sword if/when my character gets one. It'll go on the upper right of the saddle opposite the crossbow bolt quiver.

This was so much fun that I'm making a second WarHog that is with our group, in weeks ago all the members of the party pooled out money to buy a cart for one of the hogs to pull, it's full of kegs of whiskey and moonshine (we drink as we play not a lot mind you but it's become a running thing with our group. We get out of a lot of fighting by giving other characters shots of whiskey or moonshine). Anyway, I plan to scratch build the wagon with craft sticks, all but the wheels, I just need to find a good set of wheels.

I'm starting on my wife's character next, she's a Dragonborne in the game. I'm going to use a Lizard figure from the Spider-Man movie line as the base. That'll be fun to make.

Here is WarHog #2. So far I’ve just added the longer tusks. It stills need paint and then it’s face mask as well as it’s tack and wagon.

looking good. if you do another one it would be cool if the tusks grew pointed rearward like this babirusa.

Stefan “Trigger” Rovelli

A former soldier for a Las Vegas crime syndicate Trigger did whatever his Boss needed. When the dead rose what the Boss needed was protection. Trigger did what he could but in the end the Boss fell and Trigger did not.

He has survived the intervening years providing protection to whoever could pay.

This was a really simple build. The only tricky part was the color matching the flesh. I got it where I don’t mind it.

Marauder head, torso, arms, legs
Boss fight hands
Dime Novel Legends vest
