I got a set of the new female Ghostbuster minifigures at Walmart yesterday for my daughter (she can't resist glow in the dark toys either). As she's messing with them she says the head on the female figure moves. Sure enough, peg swivel just like WWE Rumblers from a few years ago. A boil and pop later and here you go. The soft sculpt would probably work better for kids or teens but another option for heads, especially if these ever hit clearance or discount stores.

I was looking at those the same way. I especially like the slimer figures that come in that set.

On a side not there is also a line of TMNT 2 figures that are very similar to this. I picked up the Bebop and Rocksteady figures.
