Night Vipers will not be rare when all is said and done. Hasbro stated long ago that they increased production on waves 3.5 and 4. We are now see saturation of wave 3.5. If wave 4 has anywhere near the production numbers of 3.5 they won't be overly difficult to obtain.

All my 3.5 came from online. I have never seen one in store. I know they have been found, but in my part of Maryland they just are not being stocked by anyone.

walgreens here only has Budo... same one that's been there for awhile, at least a month. Duke was there too last month but he's long gone.

I've never seen anything else from 3.5 in person. even TRU here never got them.

All but 2 of the 3.5 figures can be bought right now from HTS.

I think wave 1 Roadblock and Storm Shadow are more at saturation point.

can't get Jinx, Blind Master, Combat Ninja, or Night Vipers therefore your stating you can get them there is FALSE............

Plus ONE location is NOT SATURATION of the market as you stated..........

Plus, I don't count it as saturation if I have to pay outrageous shipping. I know it works out fine if you buy a lot of figures, but if I have to pay that much to get a single figure into my hands, that doesn't count as market saturation any more than all the figures being available on ebay does.

Now, I will say that wave 3.5 is becoming easier to find in stores, but the bigger problem is that not a lot of stores carry Joe items period any more.

Soooo.....I just got my package in from HTS- everything I ordered was there....except for my two Night Vipers, who are now apparently being shipped at a later date... I'm not optimistic here.
