As of a couple days ago, they were still in production over in China. Based on the Marauder figures' timeline, these will likely be getting sent out to we Kick starter contributors in 6-8 weeks time. Then they'll go up at BFS' web store and no doubt BBTS and EE after that. They've still not given official prices, but they seemed cool with my assumption of $15/$20/$25 for custom blanks, basic Named characters, and deluxe Named characters like the snakebody Gorgons.

So, cancel vacation for this summer and save yo' money for MTFs and HACKSes.

I started having dreams about these again. Went and checked what my fundfall extras were and smiled.

What are you getting? I went for the All-In, so I'll get one of everything.

I started with the 4 main figures as my buy in then ended up adding in 1 of each accessory kit, 4 white skeletons and one black one. The Amazon warrior and several of the regular skin toned blank bodies in male and female (and one orange one).

Since I'm mostly doing fantasy customs and awaiting how Series 2 will go down (come to me Orcs and Knights) I figure I'd stock up on some gear that'll work as lighter armor sets and those sweet sweet bodies. Plus those skeletons are fantastic.

BFS say there likely won't be a need for a second KS for the Fantasy theme, assuming sales of the Greeks go as well as they hope.

I just want to own Stonefist. $20 per figure is absurd for a 4" line, if you're right. But I'd be still be tempted by Stonefist.

$20 is absurd for retail. $20 is the new normal for 'artisanal'.

$20 for a nice figure is great compared to the GIJCC FSS prices. I think. I think they average out at about $35 or maybe even $37 with shipping.

And the Club doesn't even have to pay for the majority of the molds.

Hot monkey hell, another update from BFS:

This is something we haven't talked a lot about yet, but each Skeleton will come with some very special additional pieces.  A while back we started looking at ways to make the skeleton as diverse as possible when it came to customizing.  We designed head and hand grip diameters that were virtually the same as our existing male and female sculpts, but some of the secondary armor pieces weren't going to fit without help.  In addition, we couldn't fit peg holes into the bottom of the thin skeleton feet.  That's where these special parts come in!  We've developed a system of small clips that can help bulk out the arm or leg of a skeleton to make the armor stay in place, plus a piece that the feet slip into that enable it to plug onto the figure stands securely.  How cool is that?

This is why i still have a small interest in 1:18th scale - the ability to have super poseable realistic skeleton warriors .

Well done .

I was honestly wondering how that would work. The armour bits are designed for the buff figures but some of the accessories seem meant for the skeletons (glow in the dark weapons will look awesome black skellies and unearthly green will look cool on translucent purple..) Also, the shots of the skeleton posed fighting are just freaking cool.

Extraordinary. Simply so what I wish existed when I had both means, time, less disabilities.

Just look at that articulation.
