Those sound like the prices I saw, which honestly, I think are surprisingly reasonable for TRU, and for G.I. Joe, these days, at least for the two-packs and three-packs.

I just picked up The Eagle's edge set and I was super happy with it until I went to display General Hawk on the shelf only to find he has two left hands.

Any suggestions on the best way to handle it?

Steve

Wow the QC for these are abysmal! This isn't the first time I've heard of 2 the same body parts.

Take it back to the store, point out the defect and ask if you can exchange it.

I got the two three packs and two pack Monday at TRU and the Danger at the Docks today. Flint has the crappy painted fore arms. Other than that I like the parts choice.

I got my arctic set today. Found it at TRU and canceled my preorder from BBTS, even though they apparently got their shipment in today. At least I saved a bit on shipping.

As for the set, I absolutely love this set. The blue on SE really pops, even if I despise those legs. The Ice Viper is a thing of beauty. I wish I could have another to put in the other seat of the Wolf. Speaking of the Wolf...I have always wanted one and it does not disappoint. It's such a fun toy. I love the thing. The Ghost Hawk looks great in those colors. Obviously meant to be arctic themed, but I could see it working in an urban setting as well. I am so pleased with this purchase.

Wow, Firefox -- bad paint is one thing. Missing parts is inexcusable.

Saw these in a store down the street. They had a lot of the Blowtorch/HEAT Viper and Low-light/Night Viper packs and a couple of the Danger at the Docks sets. I looked at the Flints in those sets and both had visible thin paint on the forearms. I was picking up some GotG stuff so I passed on them. I might be interested in a couple more Night Vipers as the colors in person aren't so garish. And a couple more Eels would be nice. But I don't have room for the vehicles so I think I'll stick with the one set I have coming from BBTS.

I got a Viper set in a trade today. I haven't opened them but I see nothing wrong yet.

Yeah, I got the Revoltech Snake, and he's about the same size as Leatherneck.

Leatherneck is the new leader of the Mega Marines, since he literally is a Mega Marine now.
