I'm not aware of any, although there's probably one out there, but at least from the standpoint of the original line, it's not too tough to put together:
Desert: Dusty, Flint (designated a "Desert Paratrooper" in 1994 -- bit of a stretch if you ask me)
Jungle: Recondo, Pathfinder
Urban: No one specifically designated as such that I recall, but I think an argument could be made that Shockwave and Bullet-Proof qualify.
Sea/Oceanic: Torpedo, Shipwreck, Admiral Keel Haul, Deep-Six, Cutter, Wet-Suit, Tracker (officially a Navy SEAL)
Mountain: Alpine
Arctic: Snow Job, Frostbite, Iceberg, Cold Front, Sub-Zero, Snow Storm, Windchill, Avalanche, Blizzard, and the repainted versions of Stalker and Dee-Jay that were part of the Arctic Commandos mail-in set.
I used to get a little peeved, living in Arizona, despite having spent my childhood in Michigan, that there were so many more arctic troopers than desert ones. But at one of the first G.I. Joe Conventions, when I brought the matter up to Hasbro's own Vinnie D'Alleva, he told me that the arctic toys sold a lot better because kids liked playing with them in the snow.
I think our real-world military conflicts have since shifted that scale somewhat. Shame it took that to do it. And there was going to be a desert-based three-pack in 1998 that never got produced.
