I like lego and I don't like messing with the lego rip off brands and mixing the figures together I just don't like how it looks. so I haven't been messing with the kreo figures, I especially do not like the way the arms on the kreos look. but I might actually have to give in for the noks.

The arms are what kills them for me, too. They look OK for an armored figure, but otherwise it looks rediculous. *cough* Quick Kick....

A week or 2 after SDCC is my guess.

Was it ever confirmed if the green Flint is a SDCC exclusive?

It was NOT SDCC exclusive. It is being released at SDCC then will be in stores later.

I want to say they did a Transformer release like this last year. "Debut" it at SDCC and then retailers got it later. But don't quote me on that. My brain is still fried from trying (and failing, that's ACE Parking) to get SDCC parking passes today.

Yes, I believe that is how TRU has handled its SDCC offerings over the last couple of years. Many exclusives are first offered at SDCC, then they are sold in the TRU stores later in the year. That was definitely the situation with last year's Marvel Universe X-Factor set and the the Star Wars Republic Commando and Force Unleashed multi-packs.
