Tundra joined GI Joe after being; specially recruited for the team by Frostbite in an little millitary bar located just off of the airforce base in Ancorage Alaska. Although he isnt an official member of GI Joe there isnt anywhere that the arctic wing of Climate Control goes with out including Tundra.
