Name: Botkin, Fyodor A.
Position: Department Head, Biological/Chemical Weapons Division, Ouroboros Facility
Birthdate: 3/16/1967
Birthplace: Chelyabinsk, Russia

Born into wealth: Botkin's father was a highly-placed official in an armored-vehicle manufacturing plants in Chelyabinsk. A child prodigy in the physical sciences, Botkin was educated in prestigious private schools and universities, obtaining Ph.Ds in Organic Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at a young age. Botkin's aptitude for his work afforded him a choice of any university or government research position, but he bored easily and moved from job to job at regular intervals. Botkin was reported missing by his fiancee in November of 1996; the search for his body was officially called off in February, 1997. Botkin has been presumed dead for the past thirteen years; intel gathered from the Ouroboros Facility has rendered that presumption erroneous. The foci and products of his research over the past thirteen years are unknown, but given his expertise in subjects critical to the design and manufacture of chemical and biological weaponry, it can be assumed that his work poses a significant threat.

Botkin was kind of a last-minute addition to this set, but I really like this figure. He has a badge with a contaminant-indicator strip underneath his lab coat: the idea is that the strip gauges the level of harmful chemicals in the air, and goes red if the amount of contamination reaches hazardous levels.
