Caretaker was an illegal immigrant to the United States of America. The migrant farm he was on was a large farm, so the government raided it. When the American troops came in, Caretaker left. He began taking revenge, killing the troops that made the raid. While on this killing spree, Bandito, remembering Caretaker's skill with a gun on the trip over the border, contacted him and recruited him for Flatline. In this organization, he is extremely deadly to all enemies, but mostly to any U.S. soldier. He refuses to take part in any mission that has Flatline working with the U.S. Besides that he is the ultimate killing machine.
