Little is known about Dr. Venom. He is rumored to have once been a brilliant scientist before turning to fields of study no reputable scientist would have anything to do with. He once worked with the Red Shadow organization. Before that, his lab was located in Sierra Gordo where he was doing illegal genetic experiments. Doctor Venom is now part of the cabal of scientists that works for Cobra. Along with Dr. Knox and Dr. Mindbinder, Venom works on everything from the BAT (Battle Android Trooper) Program to Operation: Art of War (AKA Serpentor).
