Cape - Spy Troop Shipwreck

This is a very easy custom. All I did was put the cape on.

I have had my Dr. Mindbender for a couple years, but wasn't very happy with him. I always felt something was missing.

I was searching for some pictures of him and came across the cartoon picture that is attached and saw his cape and remembered the cape that came with Spy Troop Shipwreck.

Snapped on the cape last night and now I love it.
