When CC needs a city razed he sends in the Alley Viper Commander. The Alley Viper Commander is the first one into the city and the last one standing. Armed to the teeth AVC is sent in to annihilate. Carrying enough firepower, ammo, and explosives to hold a city block for several days, AVC is at the pinnacle of physical perfection and raw, unadulterated anger.
