I've always thought that there needed to be a more generic blueshirt pilot to fly (mostly) Rattlers alongside Wild Weasel. These Cobra Pilots are the entry level for the Cobra Air Force and are under the direct command of Wild Weasel. They can pilot the Rattler, Condor, Mamba, FANG and a few others but they require more advanced training to graduate to the rank of Strato-Viper or AVAC to pilot the Raven or Hurricane.

I also wanted an excuse to try these Star Force heads that I have so many of! I would have used Slipstream's arms, but the shoulder pads make no sense and I wanted something a little more buff for a Cobra.
