After his "demise", Cobra Commander resurfaces. Being all scarred and burned, he leads a new army of troopers into battle against a new version of G.I. Joe called D.E.F.; the Drug Elimination Force. With Destro and Major Bludd being dead, Cobra Commander and Scrap Iron have to carry their own battle against D.E.F.

Armed with Scrap Iron's state of the art weaponry, Cobra Commander is without a doubt a one man wrecking crew.
