What brought Cobra Commander into power and to take over the world, MAJ Bludd shot Duke in the back causing him to fall to his death.

Needless to say, Duke was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Yes in my script, Cobra rules the world. Nearly everyone is enslaved.

Back to business....What brought about this awesome combination, I looked at Zartan's body and said...you know, this would work out for Cobra Commander's upper body. Then I added the arms and repainted all of it flat blue....and left the helmet black. Just to make him even cooler, I went ahead and added the cape.

As you noticed, I used the 25th Anniversary back as a backdrop for Cobra Commander.
