In ancient times he and the other Dragon Masters, were considered the most powerful and skilled warriors in the world and the keepers of peace. In this modern day, they are simply a myth and a legend. The Dragon Masters have returned to bring an end to the current "Ninja Battles", between The Black Dragons, Red Shadow Clan and what's left of the Arashikage Clan, the Clan that produced both GI Joe's Snake Eyes and the Leader of the Red Shadow Clan, Storm Shadow, formerly of Cobra.
