Cobra B.A.T v.3.2, and quite a bit of purple and metallic blue paint.

B.A.T. v3.3s
COBRA Battle Android Trooper - Stealth Version

File Name: Inapplicable
Primary Military Specialty: Infiltration
Secondary Military Specialty: Infantry
Birthplace: Inapplicable

Finding the B.A.T. v3.2 - the revision with the interchangeable weapon right arm - to be a particularly versatile version of the Battle Android Trooper, moreso than its predecessors and even its successors, Cobra has begun modifying a handful of individual B.A.T.s for special assignments. If they perform well, and are cost-effective, they might be mass produced. One of the most complex of these is the so-called "Stealth B.A.T." Specifically designed for night-time infiltration, it has a somewhat darker color scheme, sound suppression equipment to keep its own internal noise level down, and it lacks a vocalizer. It has the most sophisticated array of night-vision equipment Cobra could design built into its faceplate. It has a vast sensor array of motion detection equipment, and is designed to choose the quietest possible path when working its way to its target. Its main weapon is the long sword blade that is one of the standard weapon attachments for the B.A.T. v.3. To date, it has performed superbly well in tests on Cobra Island. It was successfully able to sneak up on the Cobra Night Watch team, was within ten yards of a Cobra Night-Viper detachment before they spotted it, and within five yards of a cadre of Cobra Shadow-Vipers. It is expected that it will be deployed against G.I.Joe in the near future.

From General Hawk's files: "I'm not sure it does us that much good that our intelligence network has discovered the existence of this thing. If it can sneak up and get that close to Night-Vipers and the very mysterious Shadow-Vipers, it's likely to take Snake-Eyes to bring this thing down. If you think about it, a machine is the ideal night trooper, assuming you can keep it quiet enough, which apparently was a priority with Cobra. It's not going to get bored, it's not going to get tired, it's not going to fall asleep, and it's not going to get afraid of things that go bump in the night. I'd say this B.A.T. IS the thing that goes bump in the night, but apparently it doesn't even go bump. This contraption could be serious trouble, especially if they start making more of them."
