As the filecard clearly explains, Cobra Commander is one ruthless cat...wait a minute, i mean snake. As far as being evil, well, he doesn't make the list...Serpentor does. As far as being crafty...well, he is just that. After his introduction into the world, he thought that if he can muster an army to take G.I. Joe out of the picture and succeed, then he would be happy. As the episode "Worlds Without End" goes, he only took control of the world in a different dimension.

I would have to say that this is by far my favorite of my customs.
