Waist and legs: Tele-Viper (crotch tip restored with epoxy)

This is my idea of a Cobra Paramedic.

This Cobra Paramedic is an expert in combat field and internal trauma medicine. He was transferred from the regular Cobra Army to work together with special security team on the Cobra Guerrilla Laboratory and support the combat units on combat field. The color scheme was thought as being useful for the Lab work and urban combat.
