The head that came with the Sgt Bazooka I thought was a pretty good base for Bazooka but I wanted to add a bigger mustache since the one on the figure was allot closer to the type that Zap has. I also wanted to use another part of the Sgt Bazooka figure and the legs seemed perfect for the more combat look I wanted for the figure.

I ended up modifying the head by adding a fuller mustache and repainting the entire head.

I then had to modify the medallion off of the Destro chest. I just re-used the arms I had made with my Outback custom (since he has gotten new arms) and finally found a use for Big Brawlers forearms.

I modified the helmet to fill it out and have it more closely resemble the original figure's helmet.

I also modified the backpack so that it could hold the missiles and added an extra pouch here or there.

I also liked the idea of Bazooka having a side-arm, since in case he is in close combat, he will need some way to defend himself. I noticed that the second version of Bazooka had the holster running down the front of his leg and I thought that worked perfectly with the pre-existing straps that are on the figure for the ammo clips.
