Customizer's Comments: Over the summer, I hosted a small contest at the J&R Forums to create the character for a custom figure I had made. By the end there were so many good ideas that there was only one thing I could do: Combine them.

The result was The Witch Hammer.

Bio: The name of Malleus Maleficarum, the Witch Hammer, is feared by all. The Witch Hammer is infamous as an assassin so skilled that he never kills a person the same way twice. Many believe that he is, in actuality, a Vampire, though there is no proof to support this. This is a rumor brought on by the fact that most of his victims are missing a lot of blood. The Witch Hammer is believed to be able to call up demons to do battle for him and twist men's thoughts with a whim. He moves with an inhuman speed, and has even been known to dodge bullets. No one knows what he really is, but his skills in battle are matched by no one. The fact that he has aligned himself with Cobra, is reason for all of the Joe team to stay on thier toes. For this is a man who brings death wherever he goes.
