This guy is a pre-Venom Coil Crusher who I could see making his start in Cobra via fighting pits before moving up to his current position.

Nothing much else to say except that this is about the only thing I can personally see myself using that Flak Viper torso for. I had one layin' around and figured I'd go ahead and do it.
