After the Cobra vs. Nazis GP, I started wondering what happened to the man who we know as Cobra Commander; this is simply my take on what might be in that world.

Bio: Robert Savage's parents died when he was young, leaving him to be raised by his older brother, a former U.S. soldier whom he idolized. As he grew up, Savage married, had a son named Billy, and became a car salesman, but he dreamed of being a soldier for what was to many a dead country, fighting against the Nazi oppression. One day, his world came crashing down when his brother, driving Savage's wife, pregnant with their second child and Billy to the hospital was hit head-on. The only survivor was the driver of the other vehicle, Nazi General Garrison Krieger, aka "General Blitz." Savage attempted to find justice for the deaths of all those close to him, but the car salesman-brother of a American soldier was easily defeated in what was left of the courts by the member of the Nazi Elite. Donning a mask both as a symbol of mourning his family and of his new goal of being the executioner of General Blitz, Savage went underground for years, using the same methods as the former U.S. military to train and change him into a one-man attack force. When he felt himself strong enough, he attacked General Blitz, failed, and was taken prisoner. It was during his captivity that he was used as a lab animal and injected with a super-soldier syrum being developed by the Nazis. The syrum didn't work as planned, the strength it gave not being constant, but it allowed Savage to escape during an attack on the lab by forces of Cobra. As he escaped, Savage was confronted by General Blitz, who with his new strength he mutilated. After having been freed with their aid, Savage joined Cobra, taking the name of a predator and hunter he had spent afternoons watching outside his suburban home; Robert Steven Savage became Hawk. During a Cobra attack on Hitler Dam (formerly Hoover Dam), Hawk again encountered General Blitz, now cybernetically augemented and sworn to kill Hawk. When the last battle comes, it will be Hawk, the biologically strengthened super-soldier, against General Blitz, the Nazi's Cybernetic Centurion, and the world will see once and for all which is better: American Determination and Human Strength or Nazi Domination backed by robotic power.
