Formerly of the Soviet military, Havoc joined the newly reformed Cobra as a way out of the Motherland, and a way into a better income. Starting as a Gyro-Viper, Havoc put in for the Cee Gees. When Cobra captured the Night Attack Copter they needed a pilot, and they tapped Havoc.

For me the Crimson Command Copter is like the President's Sea King. It's Cobra Commander's personal transport, so he needed a loyal CG to fly it. I wasn't sure about the grey patches on red and I do think they will be changed to black.
