Operating in high-risk conflict zones, they intercept enemy signals, jam transmissions, and coordinate strikes. Silent yet crucial, the Tele-Viper is the unseen force behind every Cobra urban assault, making sure orders are given-and received-without fail.

The conception of this character was based on the formation of squads consisting of eight to twelve combatants from a wide range of specialties.
