Head: 1984 Scrap Iron
Body: 1984 Blowtorch

A very simple custom, obviously. The head of Scrap Iron definetly has a 'basic trooper' look to it, and the Blowtorch mold has great miltary potential...beyond neon yellow and day-glow orange.

I see Inferno as a character-driven flamethrower, as opposed to the faceless minion Incinerators.
