Dr. Badvibes is Big Boss' mechanical genius. He is responsible for all of the evil robots and other advanced technology Big Boss uses to inflict is crime spree on Empire City.

I loved the C.O.P.S. toy line as a kid as they were really just large GI Joes, but I always waned them to scale with the Joes.
