Atomizer had originally been selected for the Battle Force 2000 project, but the project was shut down before his paperwork was processed. Shortly thereafter He was tapped to take part in the Laser Wave project where he blasts in battle with his man-portable jetpack and rapid fire laser bolt cannon.
"Always having considered himself a simple man, Atomizer doesn't concern himself with the why or how his fancy new equipment works just as long as it works when he needs it."

This figure started out as a different character and with much different accessories. Originally planned as a new Blaster, he was going to be armed with a customized sled taken from a Cobra BUGG, however due to some time constraints I scrapped that sled and gave him a jetpack instead. With the sled idea still in the back of my head, I decided to make him an all new character as well and save the Blaster concept for a later time.
