This custom evolved around the left arm. I had gotten a Funskool Scrap Iron & the swivel joints were stuck. So attempting to loosen them, I used an X-Acto knife to free up the joint. Unfortunately, I pressed too hard & severed the arm. Since I had to get another one to replace the figure, I thought up this custom.

I had a mail-in white sticker HISS that didn't have a driver, so I thought I'd make a commander to lead the rest of my HISS tanks. The facemask, chestplate, & arm guard (ala Major Bludd v1 style) are all constructed out of Elmer's wood putty.
