Guilotine joined Cobra and quickly made his way into the ranks of the Cobra EELs. His ruthlessness brought him to the attention of Cobra Commander. The Commander ordered Guilotine to go through many of the Special Forces training groups that Cobra had to offer; Snow Serpent, HALO, Motor Viper, Range Viper, and Swamp Viper. He excelled in all of them. He was then groomed to be a lone wolf operator. When Cobra Commander arrived in New Springfield, Guilotine was waiting for his arrival. He has become the Plague's operations specialist.
