I really don't know much about Cobra de Aco (Steel Cobra), aside from that he was a character from the Brazil line "Commandos in Action" made by the Estrela Toy Company.

I did know he was made from Flash's body and Snake-Eyes' head . . . and those I did have. Sort of.

His file card says he's a "tough guy" but didn't list a specialty so I thought "enforcer" sounded more like a real job. I went with a clone trooper blaster over Flash's rifle and pack to set him apart some.
