Well the old objective for me is to fill holes in the modern collection.

This time I decided to try my hand at the Heli-Viper...(I had extra purple paint...so why not.)

He's not exactly 100% accurate to the original. But it was close enough to the spirit of the original that I think the idea comes across well enough.

The Heli Viper is one of my odd favorites...I've never been thrilled with the color pallet choice of purple and red, but I think the parts work nicely...I may try a second one with different color schemes
